Eligibility and beta status
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service. Before Hello is currently a private beta for eligible adults in select U.S. metro areas. We may accept, decline, pause, or change access as the service develops.
What Before Hello provides
Before Hello provides profile strategy, content guidance, audience and creative testing support, and related consulting. Scope, timing, fees, and deliverables for any paid engagement will be stated separately before work begins.
No guaranteed romantic outcome
Attraction, replies, dates, and relationships depend on independent human choices. Before Hello does not guarantee matches, followers, responses, dates, or any romantic or personal outcome. Examples and strategic recommendations are not promises of performance.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the truthfulness of your profile and content, your account security, your conversations, and your conduct. You agree to respect consent, privacy, applicable law, and the terms and advertising policies of any social platform you use.
Ownership and permissions
You retain ownership of your accounts and original materials. You grant Before Hello only the limited permission needed to review or work with materials you voluntarily provide. You may not copy or misuse Before Hello’s brand, methods, site content, or confidential materials.
Acceptable use
You may not use Before Hello to harass, deceive, impersonate, discriminate, violate another person’s rights, evade platform rules, or pursue anyone who has declined contact. We may refuse or end service when conduct conflicts with these standards.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be submitted through the private review form on the main Before Hello site.
