When you request a profile review, we collect the information you submit, including your name, email address, U.S. city or metro, and any information you later choose to share during a consultation. Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical information such as browser type, device data, and IP address.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your request, assess service fit, provide and improve Before Hello, protect the service from abuse, comply with law, and communicate about the private beta. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with infrastructure, analytics, communications, and professional service providers only as needed to operate Before Hello. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including legitimate business and legal needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting us through the main Before Hello request form. We will verify and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
Age and updates
Before Hello is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We may update this policy as the private beta develops; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
